Terms of Use

Last updated: 13 October 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 2BWell Peptide Institute website, online course, modules, quizzes, certificates and all associated materials (together, the "Course"). In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to 2BWell Peptide Institute, and "you" refers to the person accessing or purchasing the Course.

By creating an account, purchasing or accessing any part of the Course, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use the Course.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use the Course. By agreeing to these Terms you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you provide to us (including your name, email address and mobile number) is accurate and your own.

3. Educational Purpose Only — Not Medical Advice

The Course is provided strictly for general educational and informational purposes. Nothing in the Course constitutes medical, clinical, pharmaceutical, nutritional, legal or other professional advice, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

The Course is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. You must always seek the advice of your GP, a registered doctor or another appropriately qualified healthcare provider before starting, changing or stopping any treatment, medication, supplement or health protocol. You must never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of anything contained in the Course.

No doctor–patient, clinician–patient or other professional relationship is created between you and us, our instructors or contributors by your use of the Course.

4. Research and Dosing Information

Any dosing, frequency, protocol or administration information in the Course is reported solely as it appears in published scientific literature, clinical trials and preclinical (including animal and in-vitro) research. It describes what researchers studied under controlled conditions.

Such information is not a dosing recommendation, prescription or instruction, and must not be used to determine personal use. Results reported in research, particularly preclinical research, may not apply to humans or to you individually.

5. Regulatory Status of Compounds

Many compounds discussed in the Course are investigational, are not approved by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA) or any other regulatory authority for human use, or are approved only for specific prescribed indications. Some may be prohibited in competitive sport under the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Code.

The inclusion of any compound in the Course does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or encouragement to obtain, purchase, possess, supply, administer or use that compound. We do not sell, supply or arrange the supply of any compound. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you.

6. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that any decision you make in relation to your health, or the use of any substance, is made entirely at your own risk and is your sole responsibility. You agree that you will not rely on the Course as the basis for any such decision.

7. Accuracy of Information

Scientific understanding changes continually. While we take reasonable care to ensure the Course is accurate at the time of publication, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content is complete, accurate, reliable, current or free from error. We may update, amend or remove content at any time without notice.

8. Certificates

Any certificate awarded on completion of the Course recognises educational attainment only. It does not confer any medical, clinical or professional qualification, accreditation, licence or authority to diagnose, treat, prescribe, supply or administer any substance, and must not be represented as doing so.

9. Purchases, Access and Cancellation

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) on the website at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. On purchase you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the module(s) you have paid for, for your own private, non-commercial study.

The Course is digital content. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you would ordinarily have a 14-day cancellation period. By requesting immediate access to the Course at checkout and acknowledging that you lose your right to cancel once access is provided, you agree that this cancellation right ends when access to the digital content begins. This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty or not as described.

10. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for individual use only and must not be shared. We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, where we reasonably believe an account is being shared or these Terms have been breached.

11. Intellectual Property

All Course content, including text, graphics, logos, quizzes, certificates and the 2BWell name and branding, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You must not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, resell, publish, share or create derivative works from any part of the Course without our prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2BWell Peptide Institute, its owners, directors, instructors, employees, contributors and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, illness, damage, cost or adverse outcome of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising from or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, the Course or any information contained in it.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Course shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Course.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2BWell Peptide Institute and its owners, directors, instructors, employees, contributors and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Course, your breach of these Terms, or any action you take in reliance on the Course contrary to these Terms.

14. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information (such as your name, email address, mobile number, course progress and purchase records) to provide the Course, verify your identity, manage your account and communicate with you. We process this information in accordance with applicable UK data protection law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase. Continued use of the Course after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

17. Contact

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at [email protected].
